Save the date cards are the first glimpse your guests will have into your big day, so they’re key in setting the tone for your wedding. These are usually sent out 6 to 8 months before the big day (depending on how popular your guests are!) and are especially important if you are planning a destination wedding. These are generally only sent to guests being invited to the full day of celebrations.

These little beauties are the perfect way to set the tone for your big day. Opinion varies as to when these should be sent to your guests – anything from as long as 4 months before the big day to as little as just 6 weeks!

These are designed for those only invited to the evening reception of your celebrations. Often, these are exactly the same as the main invitations (with different wording, of course), but we also offer a petite reception invitation. These smaller sized cards are a great option, providing the wording you need to include is nice and concise. Send us a rough draft of your wording and details of the design you would like, and we can see if the smaller sized invitation will work for you.

These are entirely optional, but make the perfect accompaniment to your wedding invitations. They allow you to keep the invitation itself nice and streamlined, whilst still giving your guests all the information they need. You can use these cards to include details about accommodation, directions, gifts or just general need to knows.

We offer three different size options:
Large | Measure 125 x 175mm | Maximum limit of 200 words.
Medium | Measure 110 x 155mm | Maximum limit of 100 words.
Small | Measure 75 x 110mm | Maximum limit of 50 words.

Please note that the word count will be fewer if you have lots of headings and line separations to include. A script font will also affect the number of words we can accommodate.

These are a great addition to your invitation suite, encouraging your guests to indicate if they will be attending. They also provide you with an opportunity to find out if any of the party has specific dietary requirements or anything else that you may need to know. (We also often include a menu options card alongside the RSVP). Include an RSVP by date, along with a return address to ensure they are returned to you promptly. To speed replies up even more, we can pre-print the return address onto your RSVP envelopes, and can even add a stamp for you, giving your guests no excuse to dally!

We offer all sorts of lovely additions to the core items that make up a stationery suite. From a lined envelope to a letterpress printed version, to guest address labels and tags, we’ve got all bases covered. Traditionally used to allow guests to follow along with a religious ceremony, but are now often being printed for civil ceremonies, with things like how the couple met, details of the bridal party, and the readings etc from the ceremony. They’re a lovely keepsake for your guests – I’ve kept every single one from all the weddings I have attended!

These can be in the traditional, folded booklet style, with a letterpress/foil cover and one of two digitally printed inserts, bound together with two staples, or some lovely ribbon. Alternatively, we can print these as a flat, single-sided sheet, or, a gorgeous big A1 sign that can be mounted at the venue.

Beautifully printed menus make a gorgeous addition to any wedding breakfast table. Depending on how much information you need to include, these can be tall & skinny, large, or medium (the large and medium options can be flat and unfolded, or can be made into a folded booklet). For really impactful on the day signage, an A1 plan is a lovely touch.

Place cards can be letterpress printed – these would have your names/date of the wedding/motif etc on, however it is not possible to personalise these with your individual guests’ names.

Alternatively, we can digitally print them, again with your details on them, but we can then personalise them with each guest’s name – we would just need a spreadsheet of all of the names to work from.

As well as choosing from letterpress or digital place cards, you also have two options in style – they can be a flat, unfolded card or they can be an ‘A’ shape, tent folded card, which can stand up. If the place cards are letterpress printed, they will measure 75 x 110mm, or, if digitally printed, will measure 60 x 90mm.

As standard, these are A1 or A2 – the appropriate size will depend on how many guests and tables you have. As with all of the other on the day stationery, the design, colours and fonts will be consistent with your invitation suites. Due to the size of the table plans, and their one-off nature, these will be digitally printed. We giclée print in house using professional quality printers, on gorgeous 300gsm fine art paper, which will need to be mounted, or we can foam-board mount it for you, so it’s ready to go.

A welcome sign or two at the entrance to your venue is a lovely touch! As with all of the other on the day stationery, the design, colours and fonts will be consistent with your invitation suites. Due to the size of the table plans, and their one-off nature, these will be digitally printed. This can be printed on a 300gsm paper, which will need to be mounted, or we can foam-board mount it for you, so it’s ready to go.

It’s always polite to thank your guests for sharing your special day with you. Keep this traditional with a letterpress notelet or card and a lovely handwritten note, or, if you can’t wait to share some of the gorgeous images from the big day, we can combine a photo or two on there too.
